	Sergio Tarzia - Managing Director BE Hons - Communications, AI and Entrepreneurship
Sergio is 4LOOP's co-founder, responsible for business direction, strategy and development. He also acts as a Project Director, managing client relationships and providing senior consulting across business management & project management activities. Prior to establishing 4LOOP, Sergio consulted to several multinational companies in Australia and overseas including AT&T Bell Labs, Fujitsu and Westel Wireless. These experiences allowed Sergio to hone his skills to understand the driving factors and business needs of large corporate customers. Sergio is comitted to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction with our clients and selected business partners, so that those that work with us will seek to work with us again.

	Alp Alim - Director - Technology MSc - Artificial Neural Networks
Alp is 4LOOP's co-founder and the "chief architect" of all solutions that 4LOOP delivers to its clients. Alp has a superior knowledge of Object Oriented systems and software architecture. His experience encompasses design, development and integration across web-enabled, real-time control, telecommunications and data solutions, incorporating Service Oriented Architectures. Prior to starting 4LOOP in 1999, Alp worked as an independent consultant in the IT industry in Australia and overseas within companies such as Fujitsu, Philips and Simoco Pacific.

	Jeremy Mocek - Operations Manager BSc(Eng) Hons, MBA
Jeremy brings to 4LOOP over 20 years of IT services experience. Jeremy is directly involved with 4LOOP's clients - both business and IT - for all major projects undertaken by 4LOOP. He combines superior skills in managing large and difficult projects with an ability to quickly understand the client's commercial drivers. This enables him to coherently link the technical and business elements of projects. He also brings significant expertise in project performance management. Prior to joining 4LOOP, Jeremy worked in a variety of technology companies in challenging operational roles; most recently in an Australian mobile marketing start-up deploying and delivering services to international markets.
