Some examples of our work are described below:

Business analysis & requirements gathering: we helped create business focused requirements for a large logistics provider by carrying out process modelling (as is & to be) and business requirements analysis. We identified solution options and carried out estimations for each, providing input to the business case, and presenting options to project sponsors to secure funding.

Solution definition: we helped define the complete solution - including the definition of customised components and integration of an off-the-shelf product - for a large multinational infrastructure provider. The solution incorporated migrating a legacy system into a Service Oriented Architecture. 4LOOP was able to meet a very aggressive deadline, addressing complex requirements of a multi-million dollar system for a government organisation.

Project rescue: we were asked to work with an organisation after they've had something go awry. We rescued an under performing wireless vehicle dispatch system for a construction company. The solution resulted in a stable system and an increase in jobs dispatched per day.

Fast delivery: we were challenged to create an automated web-based documentation system for a large logistics provider in an extremely short timeframe, to help them meet an immovable deadline. A full-featured system required more than 9 months to deliver. 4LOOP was able to provide a working solution in 3.5 months. The new system replaced paper-based manual processes and streamlined the end-user's experience.

Design, build & test: we managed the delivery plan and assembled a team of 25 to design, build and test a hand-held device application for the US arm of a multi-national organisation, known for introducing new and innovative solutions into the consumer market.

Delivery program planning: the confidence in our methods, our systems and processes, and the quality of our people allows us to plan and review delivery projects to identify areas for improvements, review issues and risks and plan to bring the project to successful delivery.
